The twin room I was given was complete with a comfortable bed and quality linens. The room decor was nice.- The location was exceptionally nice and perfect, just a 10-15 minute walk from Arco de San Gil.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of foods to choose from. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk from the main attractions. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the nearby river.

The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. It was quite warm and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep at night.

it's 10 mins walk to the center. loved their on-site restaurant basterra gastro bar, it was good. the furniture was comfortable. it deserves its 4 stars.

Great location and comfortable room

I had a great stay in this hotel. It was close enough to the city center to easily walk there, but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel had all the facilities I needed and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative about this hotel. Everything was great and I would definitely recommend it to others.

An excellent central location and in very close proximity to the bus to and from the airport

The room was very clean. It's nice that hotels have rooms for 4, so we can be all family together. The location's not bad. You're a 10-15 minute walk from the museum and cathedral area. You're a little far from the center but the price is cheaper. On the street of the hotel it's blue zone, but from Saturday afternoon you don't pay. In the street behind the hotel you can park without paying. The hotel has parking too, but we don't use it.

We were in a 4-person room. The beds were very uncomfortable (especially the folding beds they put up for the children). In addition, there was a lot of noise from the room upstairs (the creaking of the wooden floor) and from the corridor. The decoration is too classic for our taste, but it is a matter of taste. Until 14:00 we were not given the room. It's true that they tell us when we book, but we thought it was too late. The wardrobe is too small to be a room for 4 people, it's small even for 2, thank goodness we spent only one night.

our recent stay at rice reyes catolicos in burgos exceeded our expectations. the renovated room was large, comfortable, and had a great tv. the hotel's location was also convenient, with amenities nearby and a beautiful river right outside.

A fantastic way to end our trip with hot and delicious breakfast options, a great variety of meals, a well-located venue offering comfortable rooms equipped with everything we needed, and a helpful and polite staff.

Too old. Too far from old town - definitely not an "easy walk" as in their listing.
